TEST YOUR DEVICE BEFORE USING IT & TROUBLESHOOTING - INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure your device is kept within the guidelines for a (FREE) 30 day warranty replacement , please make sure to follow the steps below BEFORE USING YOUR DEVICE.
* Keep in mind that once you load your heating chamber with product, this automatically voids the warranty for a free replacement.HOWEVER, DO NOT FEAR because SMK24 does offer a ONE YEAR Replacement Program to purchase replacement parts for a
deeply discounted price.

TESTING YOUR DEVICE BEFORE USE
FULLY CHARGE THE BATTERY WHEN YOU FIRST RECEIVE IT:
Anywhere between 2-6 hours is recommended until the charger indicates a green, charged, light.
UNLOCK YOUR BATTERY AFTER TAKING IT OFF THE CHARGER:
Most newer devices come with this feature; if your battery has this feature, unlock it by rapidly pressing the power button
5-7 times rapidly!
ATTACH THE HEATING CHAMBER:
Remove the rubber mouthpiece and chamber connector (along with the ceramic filter, mesh filter, and spring located inside these parts) and attach only the ceramic heating chamber to your battery.
MAKE SURE YOUR CHAMBER COILS TURN RED:
Press and hold the power button while looking inside the barrel of your chamber. Your should expect see your chamber coils start to turn bright red, as shown above.
We have found that the following steps, if done correctly, will solve ALMOST all "issues" simply due to not having the PROPER CONNECTION between the battery disc and the heating chamber disc.

Step One: Battery
At the top of the battery you will see a SOLID ROUND DISC sitting atop.
You should have enough space in between the wall of the battery and the disc to fit a compact packing tool (or something small such as a paper clip) Please have your tool ready.
Some devices may have the disc below the pin.
Do not fear, please follow the same instructions.
With ONLY the chamber part in your hand, the MOUTHPIECE SIDE is facing UP
Tilt the mouthpiece AWAY from you until you are looking at the BOTTOM of the chamber (the side that is ALL metal and connects with the battery).
Here you will see a solid round metal disc right in the center like shown in the photo above.
This is the disc in the ceramic heating chamber.
The goal of this step is to RAISE this disc in the event that it is too compressed. Sometimes these discs are too compressed during the manufacturing process and initially will need to be raised before use.
Step Three: Premium E-liquid Attachment(s)
!! IMPORTANT: When reattaching the atomizer back to the base, you must make certain to twist it on tightly because while unscrewing the battery from the cartridge over and over again before your next fill, this can cause that atomizer to become loose and leak on your device.
NOTE: Standard cartridges are NOT filled upside down. -->
